SUMMARY:Little Saints! First Gathering
DESCRIPTION:Introducing Little Saints! This ministry is designed to bring our youngest children (birth through age 4) into our churches so that they become familiar with the sights and sounds of the Church Sanctuary before entering Sunday School\, and to have parents participate while getting to know one another in order to build relationships and  foster community. It began at St. John Church in Michigan and has expanded to other parishes throughout the Diocese. \nGatherings will take place approximately once per month and will include open play\, a craft\, circle time with an object lesson\, and a trip to the Sanctuary. \nThe first Little Saints gathering will take place on Saturday\, March 1st at 10 am. All children birth through age 4 are welcome to attend with a parent. \nClick here to register and RSVP.

DESCRIPTION:Please join us on Sunday\, March 23 to recognize longtime parishioner and volunteer Michael Shooshan for his efforts and dedication to our parish throughout the years\, and to wish him well as he prepares to move out of state in the coming weeks. \nMichael has given his time week after week at Tuesday Bingo for many decades\, following in the footsteps of his late mother Norma. He also gives his time volunteering at and supporting many other parish events\, including Hye Cafe\, the Festival and Bazaar\, and more. \nMichael and his sister Sonya are true examples of devoted service\, and they have been generous in their support of our parish for many years. We will miss their regular presence at St. James.
